About This Ontology🔗

Forward Deployed Engineers are the execution interface between enterprise AI and customer reality — deployed outward, they translate model capabilities into operational value. Inward Redeployed Engineers are the knowledge compression layer — deployed inward, they convert dispersed human expertise into composable, AI-executable skills. The ontology defines 9 AI literacy skills across a 4-stage lifecycle: Proposed → Validated → Deployed → Deprecated. Provenance tracking links every skill back to its originating tacit knowledge. The model replaces undocumented tribal knowledge with composable, auditable, machine-readable execution units.
